ライティングの効果的な勉強法（実践してみました）
こんにちは、昨日は、NHK教材を活用したライティングの勉強法について解説しました。

今日は、実際に教材を使ってどんな感じで勉強すればいいか＆どれくらい違っても問題ないかを説明します。
今日の題材はこちら。
はじめに和訳を書きますね。
他の所と同様に、日本の消費者たちはアプリや電子書籍や音楽など多くのコンテンツをダウンロードしますが、消費税を払っているのはここ日本で作られたコンテンツに対してだけです。しかし政府の新しい計画では、消費者は海外のコンテンツにもより多くのお金を払わなければならなくなります。
政府の委員会（政府税制調査会）は６月、包括的な改革案をまとめました。これによって、年商が１,０００万円以上、ドルにして９万７,０００ドル以上の海外企業には納税が義務づけられることになり、早ければ来年度から実施されます。
ヨーロッパの国々では国境を越えるコンテンツに消費税をかけており、日本企業の経営者たちから自分たちの立場は不利だという不満の声が上がっていました。
では、センテンスごとに英訳していきましょう。

Consumers in Japan, like other other areas, download a lot of contents, such as applications, digital library and music. However, they pay taxes only for the contents made in Japan. But, under a new government plan, they have to pay taxes for the contents from overseas as well.
ここから得た学びは、①他のところと同様に：those elsewhere、②taxesではなく、taxなんだな。③taxの後の前置詞は、forではなくon、あたりでしょうか。細かく見れば色々ありますが、多少間違ってても気にしません。

Members of a government commission compiled a comprehensivereform plan in June. It makes the tax payment obligatory for foreign firms with annual sales of more than 10 million yen. That's over 97,000 dollars. The tax will go into effect in the next business year at the earliest.

Government comittee made a comprehensive reform plan in June. According to this plan, oversea companies whose annual sales is over 10 million yen, whichi is equivalent to 97,000 dollors, have to pay taxes. This plan will be started from next year.
政府委員会とかいう単語は難しいので間違ってても気にしません。勉強になったのは、僕がwhoseで説明した部分をwithで説明してるところですね。ウェブの英訳のほうがシンプルでわかりやすいな。実施するは、go into effectなんですね。

European countries require sales tax on the contents across the country and many managers of Japanese companies have complained that it's been a disadvantage.
